From the film through all the seasons shown thus far on television, I've been an avid watcher of Stargate. The show has developed quite a following and a number of devoted websites.

Chris Butler's site is beautiful, informative and highly imaginative. It is filled with artful goodies that you can download for your private use -- backgrounds, skins, images, screensavers -- many of which I mention in my desktop decor section. For the Stargate aficionado, this is a great site to visit again and again.

One of the official SCIFI Guide sites with lots of news, polls, and primer materials.
- The MGM Official Stargate Site
Another official site with news and information provided by the show's original studio.
- Stargate SG1 Cartoons
A fan site with wonderful original cartoons.
- JolinarsTeltak
Another fan site and I'm always happy to plug young web designers' work. I'm sure this site will improve as the designers gain more experience.
- Stargate University
Sufficient fan interest in the series has spawned an online study program, not unlike those created for Star Trek. I haven't heard much about how SGU is working out, but its an interesting idea for those who want to learn and those who want to teach.
