The Age of Ercana

You find the linking book in the Watcher's Sanctuary and use it to make your first entrance into Ercana. After that the book is added to your Relto shelf. You arrive in Ercana in a sandy desert passage. Straight ahead is a small cove with the tall succulents that inhabit this age.

On the far wall is another piece of the box code you will need before you are finished with the solo exploration. If you have come by means of MOUL you will find a Relto page on one of the plants and it will add similar vegetation to Relto. Going the other way along the path will take you out to the rest of the industrial age that is Ercana.

There are tracks that run throughout the first part of the age. Along one line the tracks are broken and should you fall into the crevice there you will have to exit by means of Relto. Along the other path you will see a shell cloth on the back of one of the track supports and another small cove to the left. In MOUL there is a cloth in this cove, and it is where the light portal forms. As in Minkata and Ahnonay, the shell cloths in Ercana add a portion of the portal with each cloth touched. In solo exploration the cloths act only as markers and a shortcut back to the last place you reached while exploring the age.
