There are a selection of marker tools that can be used to easily navigate Minkata. For these to work you must have an upgraded ki by completing the green and red marker missions. With an upgraded ki you can ask someone in the bevin to give you markers that lead to each cave.

Minkata marker tools may be inclusive, showing the way to all five caves as well as the perimeter. Others lead to only one cave and you must have all five sets of markers to complete the age.
