Von Rottenburg Angers Prussian Government

ASKED AID FOR STRIKERS

Prussian Government Is Very Angry with Herr von Rottenburg

Special Cable to The New York Times.

BERLIN, Feb. 15 -- The Prussian Government is much displeased because Councilor von Rottenburg, Curator of Bonn University, headed an appeal for the collection of funds for the striking German miners.

The question came up to-day before the Budget Commission of the Diet, and the Minister of Education said the Government was considering whether Herr von Rottenburg should be disciplined.

Herr von Rottenburg was Assistant Foreign Secretary under Prince Bismarck. He married a daughter of Mr. Phelps, who was American Minister at Berlin.
